Payments are due prior to event. NO EXCEPTIONS!

All contracts will be reviewed and booths will be rented on a first come first serve basis once payment is received. Cancellation: A 50% refund will be provided if canceled 30 days prior to the event. No refunds will be provided for booths canceled within 30 days of the event.
